Take maida add salt, ghee and make a dough and let it rest for at least 15-20mins

Then take moong dal grind it to see that you dont grind it like paste it should be coarsely grinded

Then take oil in a pan add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds,and black pepper powder and mix everything.

Then add chopped green chillies, gram flour, grinded moong dal, salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves,garam masala and cook it for some time.

Then take some portion of dough make a ball flat it on your palm and then roll it in a small portion then put the mixture in the centre and press it very softly.

Then take a pan put oil and when oil is heated then put the kachori til it's golden brown.

Kachori is ready to eat with mithi and tikhi chutney.
