  • 1 cupsemovita
  • 1 tablespoondry yeast
  • 1small onion
  • 2small pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1seasoning cube
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Mix semovita,seasoning cube, salt and yeast and mix together.

  2. 2

    Add warm water and mix together

  3. 3

    Add the onion and pepper, cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise.

  4. 4

    Fry in the oil until lightly brown

  5. 5

    It can be served with yaji or sauce.

  6. 6

    Bon appetite 😋
