Ingredients

  • 5-6green chillies (big)
  • 2capsicum diced
  • 2 tbsppeanut
  • 1 tbsppoppy seeds
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 2 tbspdry coconut
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspjaggery
  • 2 tbsptamarind puree
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • 2 tspcurry leaves
  • 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast diced chillies till blister come

    Dry roast dry coconut, peanut, poopy seed and sesame seed... And grind with all dry masala powder and make smooth paste

    Heat oil and add zeera and curry leaves now add ready paste, tamarind puree and jaggery and cook till oil seperates and add chillies and coriander leaves cook for 5-10 minutes and serve hot
