No Yeast Naan Recipe

Take curd, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk everything.

Add the flour, salt and oil. Add water slowly and start kneading.

As the dough gets ready, cover with a wet cloth and rest aside for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, make medium size balls from the dough.

Place the ball on a board. Sprinkle flour. Roll naan. Apply mild pressure.

Put tawa on oven. Heat it on mild flame to high flame.

Put the naan on tawa. Cook on mild flame till one side gets cooked. Then flip it. Cook till the other side gets cooked.

Serve with Dal/Curry of your choice.
