1 cupbesan(gram flour)
2 tblsCurd
1 tblsoil
1/2 tspsugar
to tasteSalt
1lemon
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 packeteno

Steps

Mix gram flour, curd, lemon,oil, salt, sugar, turmeric powder.

Mix them all together until there is good consistency.now add eno and mix them well.

Now heat a pan or cooker and pour oil well into the pot and bake it for 20min.now our dhokla is ready to serve.
