Give two whistle to lemon in cooker

Strain the water

Cut lemon into halves

Roast Fenugreek seeds and mustard seed and make powder

Put into bowl add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and lemon juice and mix well

Put the powder on the cut lemon and mix well

Boil mustard oil add mustard seeds hing and let it cool for 2-3 minutes

Pour the oil on the lemon and mix well and store in the jar
