  • 200 gChana Dal
  • 2 bowlchopped lauki
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger and green chilli
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • as required Asafoetida
  • 1Dry Red Chili
  • as required Ghee
  • 1 tbspCumin seeds
  • 1bay leaves

  1. 1

    Dar ki chana dal gourd turmeric salt ginger green chilli dar and apply to two cities

    When the lentils melt, take a pan for tempering, add ghee to it. When the ghee is hot, then add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and asafoetida in it.
