Crush maggi noodles and roast them on low flame in a kadai. No need to add oil or butter. Remove from flame and let them cool.

Take 1 Tsp butter or Oil in a saucepan add Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Peas and saute on high flame for a minute. Add mashed potatoes,dry masala, ketchup and mix properly.

Add roasted noodles and mix properly. Let it cool for some time.

After the mixture cools a bit make round kebabs.

Roast the kebabs on medium flame in butter or Oil. Thise who want to can deep fry the kebabs.

Enjoy tangy hot kebabs with Tomato ketchup.
