Beetroot Lollipops (Non-Fried, Crispy & Healthy)

Beetroot dishes can be super tasty too😍.Health bhi taste bhi!!!
These non-fried Beetroot Lollipops are the healthier version of a very popular street food of Kolkata I.e. Vegetable Chops. I cooked them in a paniyaram/appe pan using very little oil. They turned out to be amazingly Crispy & super delicious!!
Specially Bengali Bhaja masala freshly prepared from whole spices adds a wonderful aroma and flavour to these vegetable chops.
Beetroot is a wonderful vegetable & it is the main ingredient in this dish.
Beetroots are low in fat, full of powerful antioxidants, rich in Vitamin C, and helps in the absorption of iron. It also acts a great blood purifier.
Sharing the recipe of this great tea-time snack which is crispy outside & soft inside. Just Delish❤
