This is my favorite fruit I make different meetha with it..... I am little crazy about Chiku if chiku is not in season mein ice cream parlor ja ke chiku Ki ice cream khatti hoon 🤣😂
Today I make Chiku Ice cream so I thought to share my recipe with you all 😍

Tips
I always make condensed milk at home so I use that you can use com ell or any other brand.
Beating ice cream mixture two to three times is necesaary because beating will incorporate air in mixture which make ice cream light and creamy...
Use airtight box means air tight box otherwise crystal will form..... Best is to purchase ice cream tin from market made of almunium (you can easily get from Bohri Bazaar)
before serving keep the box in room temp for few minutes so that you can easily scoop it out

Remove skin and seed of chiku add 2 tbsp sugar and keep refrigerate for 30 min.

Blend chiku into puree don't add water.
Take one tetra pack of cream and keep in freezer for 1 hr.

Beat cream when it is chilled. Add condensed milk and 200 ml chiku puree and beat until it become light and fluffy (you can also use simple blender for this purpose).

If you want more sweetness then add more condensed milk.
Keep it in box and spread the remaining 50 ml puree on top and mix with skewer.

Keep this mixture in airtight box in freezer for 6 hrs after 6 hrs beat again in blender or with beater repeat this process for 2 to 3 times and freeze it for 24 hrs.

At time of serving drizzle some chocolate syrup or caramel sauce
