Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs and stir well. Sieve it. Cut crab stick into small pieces then add in, leave some for decoration(optional). Add salt and pepper.

Get a pot add water and let it boil. When it is boiling place the the egg mixture on the rack. Cover and steam for 15 mins in low fire.

My dear husband is allergic to crabs, so I'm experimenting with recipes using imitation crabmeat!To make the egg fluffy, mix it up for about a minute with chopsticks. If you don't like soft-set eggs, cook the omelette on both sides. Recipe by Matsujun cookpad.japan -
