To make Veg Chilli Manchurian, I used onions, cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, green chilies, and all the classic Chinese sauces. Veg Chilli Manchurian tastes very delicious and yummy.

First, grate the cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot. Add the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, red chili powder, and half a teaspoon of red food coloring. Mix well and deep fry in oil until golden brown.

Next, heat a wok or large skillet and add a little oil. Sauté the onions, cabbage, carrot, and red chili for 5 minutes. Then add the fried Manchurian balls, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, MSG (optional), Manchurian spice mix, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and add 1/2 cup water.

Now, mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with a little water and add it to the Manchurian. Mix well. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
