First Peelthe karela and make a cut from one side remove all seeds. Then apply salt on it kept to get stem.

Take a kadai pour at down and put one sieve and put karela it and cover it for stem. Remove from the gas once there colour get change.

Now prepare for filling, take kadai put oil once oil get warm put ginger garlic paste, chopped onion,hing,haldi, red chilli powder, amchur powder and pilling of karela also you use for filling mix the Ingredients and cover the lid for 2- 3mins to cook

In another pan,roast the dry ingredients coriander powder,use can use seeds as well, saufi, jeera and mix all roast it and remove from pan and grind it make powder and mix with filling of karela.

Add lemon juice, salt and Amchur powder and mix the ingredients. And fill in the karela

Take a pan oil heat and put all the Stuffed karela in the pan and cover it keep rolling.
