Ingredients

2-3 servings.
  1. 2big boiled potatoes
  2. 2 table spoonchopped onion
  3. 1 pinchhing
  4. 1 table spoonginger -garlic paste
  5. 1 cupcurd
  6. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 table spoonkashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 table spooncoriander powder
  10. 1 tea spoongaram masala powder
  11. 1 tea spoonamchur powder
  12. 1chopped green chilli
  13. 2 table spoonghee
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 2 table spoonchopped onion

Cooking Instructions

    Boil and peel potato,mash roughly.

    Heat a pan,add ghee.Add hing and chopped onion.Add green chilli.

  3. 3

    When potato is brown,add ginger -garlic paste mix well,Add all spices and salt exept garam masala powder and amchur powder.Add 1cups water,cook for 4-5minutes on medium flame.

    Oil leaves the edges of pan,add curd,mix and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

    Add potatoes,mix.Add 2cups water,cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.

    Now gravy is thick.Add garam madala and amchur powder,mix.Add 1more cup water.Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

    Serve with puri/parathe.
