Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 1 cupmaida(all-purpose flour
  3. 3/4 tspbaking powder
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 cupmilk (for kneading dough)
  8. 1 tspvinegar
  9. 3 tbspmelted butter
  10. for filling
  11. 2 tbspsugar
  12. 2 tbspbutter
  13. 1 TSPcinnamon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a small bowl, add milk and vinegar. Rest for 10 mins. Take a paraat, add maida, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, butter and milk. Mix well.

    Knead a dough soft. Cover and rest the dough for 10 mins.

    After 10 mins, knead the dough for 1or 2 mins.

    For filling: Mix sugar, butter and cinnamon powder well.

    Heat salt in a kadhai, put stand on it. Place a plate over it and cover with the lid. Preheat for 10 min on medium flame.

    In the meanwhile, roll it thin to about 1/2 cm thickness and in rectangular shape. Spread the cinnamon butter mixture evenly. Bookfold and slightly roll it.

    Divide into 6 parts. Give knot shape, cut in the middle as shown, twist and stick on both the edges.I

    Place into a muffins mould, place on the plate in kadhai. Cover with the lid. Cook on medium low flame till light golden brown for,15 to 20 mins Brush with melted butter.

    Easy plating techniques, place utensils, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of this utensils and plate rolls. No yeast cinnamon rolls is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
