Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea

I made this because I wanted to eat a no-bake milk tea flavored cheesecake. Enjoy the decadent and rich royal milk tea flavor. Make the milk tea first, then you just need to mix the ingredients and cool down to harden! If you use 200 g of cream cheese instead, adjust the amount of sugar.
The tea flavor needs to steep for 3-4 minutes for the flavors to get extracted. Some lumps may form at the bottom of the pan, so pour the tea into the mixture while straining it. This will make the cake smooth. If you brew the tea in a microwave, repeat Step 8 three times. Recipe by Tsukonindesumasu

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make a graham cracker crust. Put the crackers in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces. Add butter in the bag, and rub the bag to mix the butter and crackers. Press and pack the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan, and chill in the refrigerator.
- 2
Brew a super rich royal milk tea. Heat heavy cream in a small pan without bringing it to a boil. Put a tea bag in the pan and let it steep while gently stirring the bottom of the pan (adjust the brewing time to your tastes).
- 3
Heat cream cheese in the microwave. Whisk the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix.
- 4
Soak the gelatin in 50 ml water to soften. Microwave for 30 seconds.
- 5
While you are working through Steps 3 and 4, let the royal milk tea cool. Strain the tea and add to the whisked cream cheese. Mix well, add lemon juice and mix again.
- 6
While you are working through Step 5, the gelatin is cooling, so stir into the mixture you made at Step 5, and mix together briskly.
- 7
Take out the cake pan from the refrigerator, and pour the mixture quickly into the pan. Drop the cake pan several times from a height of 10 cm to release air bubbles. Chill in the refrigerator to harden.
- 8
If you brew tea in a microwave, soak a tea bag in hot water. Cover with plastic film, and microwave for about 20 seconds. Pour the tea into the heavy cream in a heat resistant container. Microwave for 1 minute.
- 9
The quickest way to brew tea is to take out loose tea leaves from the tea bag after soaking in hot water. Put the tea leaves in the heavy cream, and microwave.

This is an orthodox cheesecake recipe that I've been making for a long time.If you don't have any allergies, feel free to add in 1 egg yolk for an even more authentic taste. The egg yolk should be added after the sugar if you decide to use it.You can add the heavy cream without whipping it first, but the texture of the cheesecake will differ slightly. Rich and Easy No-Bake Cheesecake (Plain) Rich and Easy No-Bake Cheesecake (Plain)
I posted the strawberry version of my no-bake cheesecake recipe, but I also wanted to show my photo of the plain version.Bring the yogurt and heavy cream to room temperature. A difference in temperature of the ingredients at Step 9 will cause lumps to form. If you want to use granulated sugar instead of caster or superfine sugar, use 70 g. I edited the recipe so that the gelatin in Step 10 is dissolved by microwaving with heavy cream. Recipe by Rearea cheese cookpad.japan -

Blueberry No-bake Cheesecake Blueberry No-bake Cheesecake
I wanted to make a cheesecake that was pretty to look at as well as nice to eat, so I made it in 3 layers.I referred to many other recipes to come up with my own original recipe.Everyone who tries this, including myself, says it's amazingly tasty. When heating the gelatin, make sure not to let it come to a boil. If you aren't confident that you can do this, dissolve it in a bowl suspended over a pan of hot water, even if it seems like a bother. If you don't do this part right, it won't gel and firm up properly. For one 18 cm [7.1 in] diameter circular mold. Recipe by maricopsy cookpad.japan -
