Wash, peel and cut the potato in to thin length wise

Add water and salt. Microwave the potato for 10 minutes. Check it. If it is done. Cool it and drain the water. Preheat Air Frye 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Brush oil in the basket. Bake the potato for 10 minutes or till it light brown in colour.

For sauce : 2 tomato, 4 dry red chilli, 2 to 4 garlic cloves, 2 green chilli, 1 tsp cumin seeds and ginger 1". Grind it in a fine paste. Once it is done. Keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Fry crushed garlic cloves and onion till it is light brown in colour. Add tomato and chilli sauce. Fry for few minutes.

Mix...well. Add little water. Fry it till the raw smell of masala goes off. Then add boiled potato. Mix.........well and cook for 5 minutes on a slow flame

Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy chilli potato as a starter or snacks with hot...tea
