Steps

Soak gelatin in half cup ice water for 5 min.

Mix milk with sugar and heat it on medium flame.dont boil it.when the sugar dissolves.remove from heat.add soaked gelatin to it.mix it well.

Cool it in a room temperature.add whipping cream.beat it 6 min until fluffy. Add vanila essance and mix it well.

Transfer it into a pudding mould.keep it in the freezer 10 min. Then keep it in the refrigerator 10 min.

Decorate it with butter cream
