What do you do when you can't decide between a Philly Cheesesteak, a prawn cocktail sandwich, or a double-decker toasted sandwich?

Steps

Put the prawns in a ramekin or small bowl and drizzle with the lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and stir

Allow prawns to marinate for at least 30 minutes while you prepare the rest of your sandwich

Remove the crusts from the bread, toast on both sides, then decide which is going to be your top, middle, and bottom slice

Smear one side of the bottom slice with a thick layer of the Philadelphia cheese and season

Add the lettuce to the middle slice, drizzle with the Thousand Island dressing, then add the tomatoes. Add the oil to a skillet and bring to a medium-high heat.

Mix the steak seasoning

Slice the steak into strips...

... and season generously on both sides with the steak seasoning

Add to the skillet mixed with the onions and cook for about 2½ minutes turning every 20-30 seconds. Arrange into a shape roughly that of your bread and drizzle generously with ketchup

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the cheese slice. Cover with a pan lid for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts

Remove from the pan and place on the bottom slice of toast

Add the prawns to the skillet and remove from the heat. Sit the middle slice of bread on top of the cheese steak

Turn the prawns. When they're warmed through, remove from the skillet and add to the lettuce and tomatoes

Add the lid and serve
