Steps

Take 1 litre of milk, boil it and add 2 spoons of vinegar and stir it for 2 mins on low flame. It will turn into paneer.

Take bowl, strainer and a thin cloth then strain the paneer into it.

Wash the stuff with the water so that the taste of vinegar will remove from it and tie it for about 30-40 mins.

Take the dough out of it and knead it for 10 mins. Add 1\2 tablespoon of cornflour to it and knead it for 2 min again.

Take small portion of paneer dough make small balls of it.

Boil 1/2 ltr milk to make Rabri for about 15 min on sim flame add 1/2 cup sugar to it and stir it.

Add kesar, cardomom, and dry fruits (almonds, Pistachio) to it mix well.

Add 3 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar, heat it on high flame. Put the paneer balld to it slowly and after putting the paneer balls into it open the pan for 3 min and cover it for next 12 min on medium high flame.

Add paneer bolls into rabri and refrigerate for 3h-4 hours and serve it.
