Steps

Wash and chop all vegetables. Chop idli into small pieces. In a pan add oil, once hot add mustard and cumin seeds. As it splutters add onion, green chilly and curry leaves. Saute it.

Add tomatoes. Saute it nicely. Add all spices and let it cook. Sprinkle some water. Mix everything nicely.

Serve hot.
