Broken wheat cake with pineapple custard

Nowadays most of the people are following healthy routine and are using restricted amount of sugar in heir diet. So here I have made cake using broken wheat which is a healthy ingredient, and it is cooked in jaggery water. It is topped with pinnepple custard and tada... healthy sweet is ready to serve to your dear ones.

So here I have made cake using broken wheat which is a healthy ingredient, and it is cooked in jaggery water. Steps

Boil the milk. Add sugar to it while the milk is boiling.

Dissolve custard powder in 2 tsp cold milk and add it to the boiling milk. Once it is thickned, add pinnepple compost and mix well. Keep it aside to cool down.

Warm the water and add jaggery. Dissolve jaggery in water.

Add broken wheat to it and pressure cook it upto 4 whistles.

Transfer it to a greased mould. Once it is cool down, demould it.

Pour the pinnepple custard on top. Sprinkle sugar balls on it.

Healthy cake is ready to serve.
