Ingredients

  • 1 cupmillet
  • 3 piecedry ginger
  • 4 piecekimber
  • 1/2 cuppowder/flour millet
  • Cloves
  • Sugar
  • 1 cupyoghurt
  • 5 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Pound the millet very well,wash and dry it

  2. 2

    After drying set your pot on fire and pour water into the pot to boil,after boiling add dry millet,ginger,cloves and Kimber a lot it to be well cook.

  3. 3

    In a bowl pour your millet/flour add water to it,mix it very well to be little thick and keep aside. If the pot on fire is boiling,pour the bowl mixture into the pot and continue stir it until it is well cook.

  4. 4

    Add yoghurt into the pot and pour sugar to taste. Serve hot
