  • 1/2 kgmutton pieces
  • 1 1/2 tbspgreen chilli ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 11/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspGaram masala
  • 2eggs beaten with some salt and pepper
  • Handfulsemolina
  • As neededlongtooth pick sticks

  1. 1

    Take mutton pieces marinate with ginger garlic and green chilli paste,salt,garammasala,red chilli,coriander and termeric powder marinate atls for 2hrs

  2. 2

    Then take mutton pieces put on stick and coat it with semolina and eggs and deep fry it

  3. 3

    Mutton sticks are ready to serve
