Bakraeid is incomplete without kaleji. So here I'm presenting you my mum's signature recipe of kaleji which is loved by everyone.
Steps

Wash kaleji and add 1 tsp each of papaya and ginger garlic paste. Mix and Keep aside for 15-20 mins

Coarsely grind onion & tomato in a blender.

In a heating pan add oil, methi dana and onion mixture.let it cook for 7-8 minutes.

Now add red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste.cook for another 5-6 minutes

Add kaleji cover and cook for 15 minutes on medium high flame. In between add liver shan masala and 1 green chilli chopped.

Now add yoghurt and mix. In the end add salt and taste to adjust the masala. Squeeze lemon and cover the lid for 2-3 min on low flame.

Garnish with green chilli and coriander.

Yummiest mutton kaleji is ready to be served
