Steps

Take 3 tomatoes 3green chilli 4 onion 3 cardamom. Chop them all in small pieces. Like so.

Now take a pan And add spoon desi ghee. Now add onion and green chilli for 5 mins or untill the onion turns translucent.

Now add the chopped tomatoes into tha pan. And let it cook of next 5-7 min. And this is how your veggies will look. And keep it aside and allow it to cool down for 5-10 minutes.

Now take the paneer in a pan full of water. And heat it for 5 minutes now put it aside and let it rest. so that,it will be soft.

Now the veggies are cool now add the veggies to a mixer container and blend it nicely into to a smooth paste now put the paste aside in a bowl.

Now take the same mixer container and add the cashews,almonds and 1 bowl curd into the mixing jar and blended into a smooth paste.

Now take a pan and heat it and add 4 tablespoon of desi ghee now at the the veggie paste into the pan and allow it to heat for 5 minutes. you will observe the change in colour a little bit.Now add the cashew Almonds and curd Pury into the pan, mix it well and allow it to cook for the next three minutes.

Now it's the perfect time to add milk mix it nicely and allowed to cook for 5 minutes. now depending upon the consistency that you want of the gravy, add a little bit of water... I added one glass of water and mix it well.

Now it's time for the spices so add salt it according to your taste I added 1 tablespoon of salt + one spoon of red chilli powder and half tablespoon of Kashmiri mirch powder.

Now cut your paneer into small cubes.

Now add the cubes in the gravy and allow it to cook for 5 minutes. and yes that's it and here is your delicious shahi paneer
