Separate egg white and yolk,beat egg whites until creamy

Also add sugar while beating,add vanilla essence and egg yolks and mix

Sieve dry ingredients,mix dry ingredients into egg mixture and mix in one direction with soft hand don't over mix

Grease mould pour batter in it

Preheat oven for 10 mints and then put mould in it and bake cake for 25 minutes

After 25 minutes take cake out of oven let it cool then cut in layers and soak with pineapple juice

Beat chilled whipped cream till soft peaks

On double boiler melt dark chocolate along with milk pack cream

Mix well so that no lumps remain,let it cool on room temperature

Now first apply whipped cream on each layer of cake,put it in fridge for an hour

Then pour melted dark chocolate and spread evenly

Put remaining dark chocolate in fridge,then pour on piping bag and make flowers

Chocolate cake is ready
