Ingredients

  • 1 cupcoconut powder
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 2paan leaves crushed
  • 1 tbspgulkand
  • as neededFew drops green colour
  • as requiredMilk
  • as per needFew rose petals

Steps

  1. 1

    Transfer coconut powder in a bowl add milk powder and sugar mix it well.gradually add milk knead it untill the dough becomes soft and smooth do not pour the milk at once otherwise it mixture will become watery now divide the dough into two equal parts

    Add green colour to remaining coconut dough.take the portion if the coconut dough keep it on butter paper and roll it with the help of rolling pin in a big circle pour crush paan leaves,gulkand and rose petals press it with your hands.put green colour mixture on the top of the rolled chapati and spread it evenly and slightly press

    Now carefully roll with the help of paper to form a cylinder keep these rolls in the freezer for 1 hour so that it will get set properly after 1 hour take out the roll from freezer and cut them into rectangle shape coconut paan is ready
