#mycookbook I made pizza cake again. Putting mozzarella、Gorgonzola, other shredded cheese much on dough is so delicious and eat sprinkling maple syrup. So delicious 👍

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cup (200 cc)bread flour
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. 3 gdry east
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 tablespoonyogurt
  6. 1 teaspoonolive oil
  7. 50 ccwarm water
  8. 10~more mozzarellas small balls
  9. Gorgonzola cheese
  10. other shredded cheese
  11. maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put dry ingredients and yogurt and add warm water and olive oil. Mix and knead well.

  2. 2

    Wrap dough and rest on warm place for 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    When it get double in size, put the dough in paper lined mold.

  4. 4

    Put mozzarella, shredded cheese and Gorgonzola much on dough.

  5. 5

    Bake in 200℃ Preheated oven for 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle maple syrup and enjoy❣️
