Peel and cut potatoes into cubes

Boil the potatoes with salt and vinegar until tender

Mix flour, spices, dhania and water to a thick paste to get that crispy coating for the potatoes

Heat up oil in a wok for 5 minutes and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes max

Drain the oil and serve with a sauce on the side :)
