In a heavy bottom pan, boil milk and mawa. Stirring continuously cook till it reduces to half.

Now add condensed milk and sugar. Mix well and gradually add cocoa powder stirring continuously. Make sure no lumps are formed.

Cook for 5 to 8 mins and add roughly crushed walnuts. Cook till mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan, stirring in between.
Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture to the plate. Let it cool down to room temperature. - 4
Once cooled, grease your hands with ghee and make lemon sized balls from the mixture and keep aside. Let it cool down completely.
