In mixijar add dates and grind to fine paste then heat a sp ghee in pan add dates paste and cook on low heat till soft then add mix dry fruits and mix it well. Give it a shape of triangle or roll and keep it in fridge to set for 10min.

In mixijar add cashews,sugar powder,milk powder and grind to fine powder to this add 2sp ghee and mix well then add milk little by little to make dough of it.then on greased sheet spread it rectangular shape.

Take out dates roll and keep it on the cashew rectangular shaped sheet then cover it (see pic) and keep it in fridge to set for an hour.

Take out the fridge and cut in pieces and burfie is ready.
