Prepare all ingredients. Take a nonstick pan, add ghee and both the flour in ghee. Roast it till golden yellow.

Now add sugar and desiccated coconut powder, dry fruits powder, elaichi mix it.

Now add milk also and kesar strings. Cook till left the sides of pan.off the flame.

Now grease the plate spread all cooked batter.. Apply varak on it. Cool it.

Cut it in your desired shape.

6 cup burfi is ready to serve.
