Ingredients: 4 cups mayonnaise (about 1 kg); 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (about 120 grams); 2 large cloves garlic, minced; 3-4 tablespoons vinegar, or to taste; Salt and pepper, to taste; Pinch paprika or cayenne pepper

Ingredients

4 cupsmayonnaise (about 1 kg)
1/2 cupmashed potatoes (about 120 grams)
2large cloves garlic, minced
3-4 tablespoonsvinegar, or to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Pinchpaprika or cayenne pepper

Steps

Blend all ingredients except the paprika and cayenne pepper in a blender or with an immersion blender.

Do not overmix to prevent the mayonnaise from separating.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle paprika or cayenne pepper on top.
