Heat oil in a pan. As oil heats add besan keep stirring it continuously on low flame for 15 mins or till color changes.

As for colour changes to dark add milk. (don't add complete milk in one step Add them little 2 steps) Stir it continuously. Don't leave it. As milk absorbs add powdered sugar. Mix them all together for 1 min turn off the gas.

Grease a plate with 2 tsp oil add the burfi mixture into it. Spread it evenly with a spoon. As it cools down cut into round shape. Garnish with dry fruits and crushed coconut.
