Bottle gourd-Pumpkin and Chana daal sabzi

It may not be favourite sabzi for many but it is highly nutritious. In traditional sabzi bottle gourd and chana daal will do. But I added pumpkin. It enhances the taste also gravy will be thick. Pumpkin too has nutritional value. Many people don't like bottle gourd or pumpkin. This is the best way to make them eat.

Chop Pumpkin, Bottle gourd.

Take a pan, add oil in that. Once oil is hot add mustard, dry red chilli, asfoitida and crushed garlic one by one.

Add chopped pumpkin, bottle gourd and chana dal. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and 1/4 cup water.

Cover the pan cooker. Give it five to six whistles. Once it is cool. Open and serve with Bhakhari.
