Grind urad daal. Beat it with salt perfectly. Leave it for 1/2 hour. Fry this daal like pakodas and make bhalle on it.

Now put these bhalles in water peel and cut potato. Grind dahi.Now take bhalla and separate their water. Now take them in a finishing plate and potato on them.

Now salt and all spices on it and serve it and eat it.
