Ingredients

  • 1thin slice onion
  • 100 gmspaneer
  • 1thin slice potato
  • 1thin slice Cauliflower
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala
  • 3-4green chilli chopped
  • As neededoil for deep fry
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a thin batter of besan with water.

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a pan dip potato and onion, paneer, cauliflower in the batter and one by one deep fry them.

  3. 3

    Serve hot With Tomato ketchup.
