Grate the cabbage carrots and capsicum separately with a grater. Keep grated 1/2 bowl of cabbage and capsicum aside for tampering.

Now take A big bowl put all grated veggies, add 3-4 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, salt and cornflour mix well with your hands.

Heat oil for deep frying. Apply little oil on your palms and make. Small round balls and fry in small batches of 6-7 every time and keep aside.

Now take A pan heat 2-3 teaspoons oil. Put finely chopped spring onions and grated cabbage and capsicum. Stir fry. Add ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce and A few drops of vinegar. Mix well and add the fried balls stir well so that all the ingredients blend well. Serve hot.
