Steps

Peel and cut potatoes just like potato wedges.

Add salt to potatoes and leave it aside for 10 minutes.

For the cutney, Take a fistful of green coriander and fistfull of mint leaves and 2-3 green chillies. Add them to the grinder add a pinch of salt and grind them.your chutney is ready.

Remove excess water from the potatoes and add one tablespoon of corn flour and 1 tablespoon of maida..

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and you can also add ¼ tsp schezwan sauce that is completely optional.

Fry potatoes at high flame till they turn golden brown

Now take fried potatoes,½tsp coriander-mint sauce, pinch of salt, pinch of chat masala, pinch of black pepper and mix them well..

Add two to three lemon drops and garnish with coriander leaves..your dish is ready to serve
