Ingredients

  • 2onions
  • 2 cupsbesan
  • As per taste salt
  • As per taste Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • Pinchasafoetida

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl.

  2. 2

    Place all material in it drop a small amount of water to make semi thick batter.

  3. 3

    Now heat sufficient oil in a pan, place small amount batter in batches into oil and fry till golden brown and serve hot.
