Ingredients

  1. 4pre-cooked cannelloni noodles
  2. 12 ozground meat (about 350 grams)
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/4 cupgrated cheese (about 1.25 oz or 35 grams)
  5. 2/3 cupcooked peas (about 3.5 oz or 100 grams)
  6. parsley
  7. salt
  8. 4 tablespoonsbéchamel sauce
  9. tomato sauce

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the ground meat (12 oz/350 grams), grated cheese (1/4 cup/35 grams), peas (2/3 cup/100 grams), salt, pepper, and parsley together.

  2. 2

    Fill the pre-cooked cannelloni noodles with the mixture, then cover with tomato sauce, peas, and grated cheese.

  3. 3

    Top with béchamel sauce and more grated cheese, then bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Let cool slightly and enjoy!
