Ingredients

  • 2Potatoes
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker add oil and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Now add onion and cook for two minutes.

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and mix it.

  4. 4

    Add tomato and cook again.

  5. 5

    Now add Potatoes and add some water.

  6. 6

    Cover with lid and wait for two whistles.

  7. 7

    Sabzi is ready to serve.
