  • 1 bowlsooji (200gm)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Some chopped dry fruits
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 tbspcardmon powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take 2 cup warm water and add sugar into this. Mix it until the sugar dissolve.

    Heat ghee in a pan and roast sooji until it golden brown.

    Now add sugar water into this and cook at low flame.

    Add cardmon powder,dry fruits and 2 Tbsp ghee over it & mix it.
