Sizzling brownie with ice cream

For making brownie - Take 2 packets of oreo biscuits (make a fine powder in a mixer grinder).

Add 4 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tbsp melted butter and 1/4 tsp vanilla essence to it. Give it to good mix then add almost 1/2 cup milk(boiled and cooled to room temperature).

Again mix it well and add remaining milk. Mix it till it is well combined and it becomes smooth. Add 1/4cup chopped walnuts and mix them well with the batter.

Take a square cake mould, line it with butter paper grease it with oil and dust it with maida. Add 1 tsp baking powder to the batter and mix well, pour the brownie batter in the mould and spread it evenly, bake the brownie in 180•c preheated oven for 15 min. To check the brownie, insert a knife or skewer in it should come out clean. Let the brownie cool down and cut in square pieces.

Step to assemble the brownie Heat a sizzler plate on a medium flame for 5 mins. Once heated, put it back in its a wooden plate and place brownie add 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream over the brownie. Pour chocolate sauce as much as you like over the ice cream. Let it flow over the hot plate too. Within a few seconds the chocolate sauce will start bubbling. Enjoy your sizzling brownie ice cream.
