Now take oil in pan add well chopped onion and cook until golden brown now add grind onion in the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Take Beef mince in bowl add salt, red chillies, kashmiri laal mirch, cumin powder, coriander, fry onion, garlic and ginger paste.Mix well and make koftay (size of your own choice)

Take machine add 4 to 5 tomatoes, ketchup and chilli sauce grind all the things well.

Now add that tomato paste in the pan and cook for 10 minutes.at this stage add koftay in the masalaaa and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on full flame.

Now add water in the pan (in which koftayy cook well) now leave the pan on medium flame for 30 to 40 minutes untill koftayy get tendered.

Now koftayyss are ready you can add anything to make them presentable.
