Steps

Take big mixing bowl add wheat flour and semolina.

Soak sugar in the milk.

Add ghee in the flour and mix it properly.

Add milk and sugar to knead dough.

Take one portion roll out with rolling pin, it should be thick.

Cut it in four portion.

Heat oil in pan and deep fry it in hot oil in medium low heat.

Till it's turns golden in colour and crispy, sprinkle powered sugar and garnish it with dry nuts and rose petals to cool it. Completely and store in air tight container, we divide it in four portion it means 1/4 we call it choutha.
