Steps

Take a kadai. Add ghee and rajgira flour.

Mix well and cook it on medium flame. Let it cook until it's get little brown though the flour is already little brown only in colour.

Let's prepare the sugar syrup now. In a pan add sugar. Add the water required to soak the sugar.

Cook until syrup thickens completely and starts to get into crystalline structure.

Immediately add the syrup to the mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture in a plate and give the shape of your choice.

Rajgira mesub is ready. Enjoy !!
