I use cauliflower a lot as a side dish because I’m not eating pasta or rice. I’m eating more vegetables.

Measure and prepare all the ingredients.
In a skillet, heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil over medium heat.
Sauté the garlic, ginger, and shallot together.
Add and sauté the red bell pepper. - 2
Add the cauliflower and stir-fry until heated through; do not overcook.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and heat through. - 3
SERVES 1
