Lemon chutney
#flavour3 sour, sweet and spicy lemon chutney.
Steps

Wash and wipe lemons with a soft cloth.

Chop lemons into small pieces and remove seeds.

Grind the chopped lemons, sugar, chilli powder and salt in the mixer and make a smooth paste.

Take small pan to heat add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Once a crackles pour this over the lemon chutney.

Serve as a side with any dish.

Fill the above mixture in an air tight container and keep it direct sunlight for 1day.You can have it instantly but to have a better taste it is advisable to keep it for 1 day...
